The platform

What is My Cloud Salon?

My Cloud Salon is a digital service menu and appointment booking platform for salons. A customer opens a salon's menu, adds the services they want, picks a hair dresser, chooses a date and time, and books. Each salon keeps its own services, prices, stylists, branding, and appointment book. Browse the menu. Choose your stylist. Book in a minute.

What customers and salons use

Page-turn service menu

A bound book on every phone, with real page turns, prices, durations, and an index to jump to Hair, Color, or Nails.

Pick your hair dresser

Each stylist shows a specialty, so customers book the person they want, not just a slot.

Only real free times

Times are worked out from each hair dresser's diary and the length of the chosen services. No double bookings.

One appointment book

Owners see the day at a glance, then confirm, complete, or cancel visits. New bookings appear on their own.

One minute

From the menu to the chair

No phone tag and no double-booked chairs. The customer books when it suits them, and the salon sees it straight away.

Frequently asked questions

How does a customer book?

The customer opens the salon's menu from its QR code or its own web address, taps + on one or more services, then chooses a hair dresser, a date, and a free time. After a name and phone number the appointment is booked and appears in the salon's appointment book straight away.

Can two customers book the same chair?

No. Free times are worked out from each hair dresser's existing appointments and the length of the chosen services. If two people try the same slot at once, the second is asked to pick another time.

What does the salon control?

Salon owners edit service categories, services, prices and durations, their hair dressers and specialties, opening hours, branding, and the appointment book, where they confirm, complete, or cancel visits. Admins create each salon login and can switch online booking on or off.

Does every salon share one menu?

No. Each salon has its own menu, prices, stylists, and address such as luma.mycloudsalon.com. Scanning a salon's QR code opens that salon only.
