My Cloud Salon is service menus and appointment booking for salons. A customer opens a salon's menu on their phone, adds services, picks a hair dresser, and books a time. The salon keeps its services, its team, and its appointment book in one place.
For customers
Booking a visit

Open the salon's menu
Scan the salon's QR code or visit its own address, such as luma.mycloudsalon.com. The menu is a page-turn book: swipe or tap through the pages, and use the index to jump to Hair, Color, Nails, or any other category.

Add the services you want
Tap + on each service. Prices and durations add up in the bar at the bottom, so you know the total and how long the visit takes.

Choose a hair dresser and a time
Pick the stylist you want by name and specialty, then a day and one of their free start times. Only times that fit every chosen service before closing are offered.

Book and pay at the salon
Leave your name and phone number and the appointment is booked. Your bookings stay on your phone under Your bookings, and you pay at the salon after the visit.

Build the service menu
Add categories and services with prices, durations, and photos, then set the colours and cover of the book. Mark a service unavailable when you are not offering it.

Add your hair dressers
Each hair dresser has a name, a specialty, a short bio, and a photo. Hide someone while they are on leave and they stop taking new bookings.

Set opening hours
Choose when the salon opens and closes, how often a booking can start, and how far ahead customers can book.

Run the appointment book
New bookings appear for the day straight away. Confirm them, mark visits complete or no-show, or cancel. Print a QR sheet for the desk and the mirrors.
